http://www.carnegieendowment.org/about/index.cfm?fa=jrfellows

What is it?

The Carnegie Junior Fellow Program offers paid positions as research assistants to Associates working on the Carnegie Endowment's projects.  Junior Fellows are one-year, paid, full-time positions that are compensated with a gross salary of $2,916.66 per month ($35,000 per year) as well as a full benefits package.

Who is eligible?

Graduating seniors or students who have graduated during the last academic year are considered.  Students who have already started graduate studies are not eligible.

What are my chances?

The application process to become a Junior Fellow is highly competitive.  25 finalists are selected for an interview and out of these 8-10 one-year fellowships are granted each year to uniquely qualified individuals.  About 5% of the applicants will be selected for positions from the nominees of almost 300 colleges.

How do I apply?
