A re-entry program evaluation must be completed each semester abroad. Click here to complete your program evaluation.
Upon receipt of your abroad grades, IPS processes and forwards them to the Registrar's office for articulation to your Pacific transcript. This process usually takes 3-4 weeks after IPS receives abroad transcripts. If you need to receive abroad grades immediately upon your return, you will need to request they be expedited by your education abroad program/host university (It is best to do this in person while you are still abroad) and make sure that you have completed your program evaluation. A hold will be placed on your student account if your grades are received and IPS cannot verify completion of your program evaluation.
You will receive an email from IPS once your abroad grades have been received. If you have not received this email, IPS has not received your abroad grades and you will need to contact your education abroad program in order to check on the status of your transcripts.
NOTE: IPS does not have the authority to change any abroad grades. If you have a grade dispute, you will need to contact the professor of the course taken abroad, the program provider, and/or the resident director abroad in order to petition a grade change.
