Re-Entry

A re-entry program evaluation must be completed and your abroad grades received by IPS before they can be articulated onto your Pacific transcript. Click here to complete your program evaluation.

Once these two items have been completed, your abroad grades are forwarded to the Registrar's office and are articulated onto your Pacific transcript, usually within 3-4 weeks. If you need to receive abroad grades immediately upon your return, you will need to request they be expedited by your education abroad program/host university (It is best to do this in person while you are still abroad) and make sure that you have completed your program evaluation.

You will receive an email from IPS once your abroad grades have been received. If you have not received this email, IPS has not received your abroad grades and you will need to contact your education abroad program in order to check on the status of your transcripts.

NOTE:

IPS does not have the authority to change any abroad grades. If you have a grade dispute, you will need to contact the professor of the course taken abroad, the program provider, and/or the resident director abroad in order to petition a grade change.
