How to Pay Your SEVIS Fee
You are required to pay a one-time fee of $100.00 for each nonimmigrant program in which you participate.
To pay your SEVIS fee:
- Your current Form I-20 or DS-2019 must be complete and accurate. If your information is not complete or accurate, immediately contact IPS at 209.946.2246 or fax 209.946.2094.
- Verify that your computer has access to a working printer. Once you complete the form, you cannot restart the process or return to the form.
- If you wish to pay using a credit card, complete Form I-901. If you want to pay using a check or money order, use (PDF) Form I-901. Save a copy of Acrobat document and complete it manually.
- Print the payment coupon or receipt.
Make a copy of the online receipt and keep it in a safe place with your other important immigration documents.
