Why I Love Being A Student Advisor: Student advising gives me the opportunity to interact with incoming freshmen who may be feeling the same nerves and excitement I did as a freshman. My goal within advising is to ensure freshmen a smooth transition and serve as an additional resource for success.

Why I Love Being A Student Advisor: I really enjoy being that bridge for incoming students that helps them adjust to their first year. For me, college was completely different from what I expected it to be. I definitely made mistakes, but I learned a lot from them. If I can use my experiences here at Pacific to help just one person, then I've done my job. Plus, orientation is a blast.
