Referral Center staff can help you access campus resources such as: study skills workshops, the tutorial center, career resource center, financial aid, student accounts, peer advising, health services, counseling and psychological services, and more.

Program for Access to Student Services (PASS): provides a support system for succeeding at Pacific.  To learn more about meeting one-on-one with a PASS advisor or enrolling in the Academic Skills for Success (SERV 12) course, email referralcenter@pacific.edu or call 209-946-2177.

Student Advisors:  are partnered with new Pacific students during New Student Orientation.  Student Advisors support faculty advisors to help new students develop an academic plan and register for classes.  During the academic year, Student Advisors hold office hours, group meetings, host academic support workshops, and frequently use electronic communication (including social media) to remain in contact with advisees.  In addition to new Pacific students, Student Advisors are available to meet with students seeking academic support and guidance.  To schedule an appointment with a student advisor, contact the Referral Center by emailing: referralcenter@pacific.edu or calling 209-946-2177.

Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS): provides year-round assistance to students who are encountering depression, anxiety, adjustment problems and/or who are experiencing emotional distress. Visit the CAPS website or call 209-946-2315, extension 2 to schedule an appointment.    

Pacific Health Services:  For a medical emergency, dial Public Safety's emergency number: 209-946-3911.  To schedule a non-emergency appointment, call 209-946-2315, extension 1 or visit myhealth@pacific.edu.

 Victim Advocate:provides free and confidential information, advocacy and support to students and employees who may be victims of crime, violence or abuse.  A confidential sexual assault report form can be accessed on the Victim's Advocacy Program website and the Victim Advocate is on-call 24/7 at 209-403-0250
