"Supporting Young Men of Color"

Collaborating with alumni, community organizations and agencies, workshop formats are specifically designed for local underrepresented youth promoting academic and personal excellence.

The mission of the BLOCK conference is to connect, inspire and support local youth (specifically targeting boys and young men of color) to engage and excel academically, promote responsibility and self-advocacy, and improve communication and self-efficacy.
