Pharm D. Courses in Progress or Planned
You have through the summer prior to entrance to complete your requirements. The next step after your paperwork is complete, and prior to entering the review process, is to determine if you have a plan to complete all required courses. You will be notified if all required courses are accounted for, or if a pre-requisite is missing.
Due to the fact your checklist may be approved based on the courses you listed as in-progress or planned, and your file is reviewed based on your proposed course selections, you are required to advise the Admission Office of any changes you make to your schedule after you submit your application. You must download and use the form below, regardless of whether the courses are pre-requisites to the program. We request you to list the Course Title, Course Department and Number, Enrollment term, and the Institution you are completing the course at.
