The Educational background chart is an important part of your admissions file and should be an accurate reflection of your academic background. Please account for each year (beginning with the year you graduated high school) by listing a year-by-year account of which schools you were enrolled at.  If you enrolled at a college prior to graduating high school, please list the college first (see sample chart provided below).  Only account  for your time by work experience, travel, job hunting, etc. if you were not enrolled at an institution during the academic year. Be sure to account for each year!  Educational Background Charts received with gaps in time will be returned. This may cause you to miss the deadline, as this chart is a required part of the application.  The educational background chart is a required part of the Supplemental Application.

You must list one year per line!

Be sure to list your high school information! While we require you to list your high school and date of graduation, you are not required to send high school transcripts unless you are using physics or calculus completed in high school to fulfill a requirement.

Please note that you are required to list schools even if they are unaccredited, technical, or vocational in nature. All transcripts from these types of institutions must be sent directly to Pacific. (PharmCAS only collects transcripts from U.S. accredited institutions.)
