    Congratulations on your Admission.  You will have two weeks from the date in your approval letter to reserve a space in the class.  The confirmation deposit is $750.00 and specific information on how to confirm is indicated in your acceptance letter.  Once you have confirmed, please see the information below for information on the following:

    Background Information 

    Many healthcare facilities require background checks to enhance the safety and well-being of patients.  Therefore, in order to assure you can be placed in a healthcare facility; your admission is contingent upon giving consent for the background investigation to be performed.  Shortly after your admission offer, you will receive an email from with the subject line "Background Check Consent Request."  Reports will be reviewed for acceptability prior to a final admission offer being made. 

    Social Security Number

    In order to apply for your intern license, you will be required to have a social security number.  If you do not have one, please begin the process to obtain this number so that you will be eligible to complete the pharmacy internship paperwork during orientation in August. 

    Send official AP scores from the College Board and transcripts from all schools attended!

    Send official AP scores if you are using an exam to fulfill a pre-requisite.  School Code is 4065.

    PharmCas is not authorized to forward copies of official transcripts.  Please request official transcripts to be sent from all schools attended.  Transcripts should be sent to:

    Notify the Office of Admission of ANY changes made to your academic schedule by using the form found on our website at:

    Campus Housing

    Please know that housing does not guarantee a space for professional pharmacy students.  Please complete the wait list form included in your approval packet and return to the housing office as soon as you make your confirmation deposit. This form will reserve a space on the wait list for you.  If a space opens, you will be notified in late spring/early summer.

    New Student Orientation and White Coat Ceremony: Look for detailed information sent by the School of Pharmacy in late spring/early summer. Orientation is a required three day event held in late August prior to the first day of class.

    The first day of class is August 25, 2014. Save the Dates for Orientation:  August 20th, 21st, and 22nd 2014! 

    White Coat Ceremony: Saturday, September 13, 2014.

    Payment Information:  Payment for all costs not covered by scholarships, grants, and loans are due at the beginning of each semester.
