School Groups / Large Group Campus Visit

All group visits must be requested at least two weeks in advance and are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis through the Office of Admission. We serve only TWO groups per day (maximum per group is 50). Please email  if your group is over 50 students and you would like to see if there is availability for us to accommodate a larger group.

Within three business days, you will receive a confirmation of your request. Weekend tours are not available. Student led tours are available to high school and community college groups only (see details about accommodations for each group below).

On most school days, groups may make arrangements to eat lunch in the dining hall. Lunch is approximately $8.00 per person, but items in the dining hall are individually priced and the cost of lunch will vary depending on what students choose to eat. Arrangements must be made with the Office of Admission at least two weeks in advance of your visit. School groups are able to eat lunch usually at 11 a.m. or 1:00 p.m. The dining hall accepts payment in the form of cash or credit card but is unable to accept checks as payment. School groups are welcome to bring packed lunches and eat outdoors if they would like.  (In the case of adverse weather conditions, we will do our best to find indoor accommodations for your group.)

Buses should be parked in the Stadium lot off of Pershing Avenue and we do not require a parking permit.  Groups arriving in only one bus may first unload students in the white loading/unloading zone located between Burns Tower and the Conservatory of Music. We ask that groups arriving in multiple buses unload passengers in the Stadium Lot. Private cars or vans may park in any "B" parking space or Visitor Parking and require a free parking permit. Parking permits will be sent through a final confirmation email after group visit request has been confirmed and processed.
