A Campus Alive with Beauty and Opportunity
Of the nation's 4,400 colleges and universities, only a few are counted among the most iconic. Eighteen of them, according to BestColleges.com.
In listing the most beautiful U.S. campuses, BestColleges.com had this to say about University of the Pacific: "The scenery pays homage to the Ivy League schools of the East, complete with brick buildings supported by distinguished columns and stunning rose gardens amid the many trees."
The newest buildings on campus, the Donald V. and Karen DeRosa University Center, the hub of student activity, and the Biological Sciences Center with laboratories and advanced-technology classrooms "exemplify the University's commitment to education and students," the list touts. And that's what Pacific is all about.
Take a look at Pacific's majestic trees, verdant athletic fields and flower gardens that surround the East Coast-like brick buildings, inside of which the first order of business is our students' success.
We're a West Coast gem, alive with beauty, energy and opportunity.
Pacific was alive with energy and excitement on Homecoming weekend, as students, alumni and community members alike chose from nearly a hundred events and activities.
Fall in Love with Pacific
Fall means sweaters, scarves and boots (all in Pacific orange and black, of course).
