Eddie PalmieriEddie Palmieri
With more than 50 years as a bandleader of Salsa and Latin Jazz orchestras, Eddie Palmieiri has been awarded nine Grammy Awards.  Palmieri will be performing with his seven-piece group as the opening artist for the 2014 Brubeck Festival.

Al JarreauAl Jarreau
Called "the greatest jazz singer alive," by Time Magazine, seven-time Grammy Award-winner Al Jarreau continues to tour the world and brings his talent to the 2014 Brubeck Festival. Jarreau is a member of the Brubeck Institute Honorary Board and will take part in a free public symposium the following day at University of the Pacific.

Terri Lyne CarringtonTerri Lyne Carrington
A Grammy-winning drummer, producer and vocalist, Terri Lyne Carrington has crafted an eclectic brand of jazz that incorporates elements of bebop, soul, and funk for more than two decades. Carrington is a professor at the Berklee School of Music in Boston, MA. Carrington will perform her Mosaic Project featuring: Diane Reeves, Lizz Wright, Tia Fuller, Ingrid Jensen, Helen Sung, Matt Stevens and Josh Hari. Her appearance is being co-sponsored by University of the Pacific's Black History Month Committee.
