Mail and Package Services
Mail is delivered and placed in student mailboxes by 5 PM, Monday through Friday. If you receive a package or item that does not fit in your mailbox, a Parcel Notice will be left explaining how you can get your package from Mail Services.
Student Mail delivery is not available during the first two weeks of the Fall semester and first week of the Spring semester, and during university break periods such as Fall Break, Winter Break, and Spring Break.
Mail Services is located in the Support Service Facility, across the street from the Cowell Wellness Center, on the north side of the Calaveras River. You must bring the Parcel Notice and your Pacific ID with you. There are no exceptions. You have seven business days to claim your package, after which time all packages are returned to sender.
