Residential Living Requirements
If you are a student with freshman or sophomore class standing and are under the age of 23, the University requires you to live on-campus. If you live with your parents/guardians in their permanent residence within 50 miles of the University of the Pacific's Stockton campus, you are exempted from the residency requirement.
Request to Live at Home
To apply for exemption to the Residential Living Policy requirements, you must submit the 2011-2012 Living at Home Request by June 30, along with a copy of a utility bill showing the parent's/guardian's name and the address shown on the application. All requests must be approved by the Director of Housing Operations or a designee in writing. If your request is not approved, you will be held responsible for all housing and dining costs for the academic year.
