Upper Division, Transfer and Graduate Housing Options
Upper Division, Transfer and Graduate Students live in apartment communities at Pacific. The apartment communities consist of Monagan Hall, Chan Family Hall, Townhouse Apartments, and McCaffrey Center Apartments. All apartments are fully furnished. Students living in the apartment facilities are required to have at least a Bronze Meal Plan.
Monagan Hall is located on Brookside Road, between Chan Family Hall and the Cowell Wellness Center building. Each suite features four bedrooms, two full baths, and a living room and dining/kitchen area. Monagan Hall is reserved for junior and senior level students. Take a virtual tour of Monagan Hall:
Chan Family Hall is reserved for Professional Health Science Students and Graduate Students. The Apartments are conveniently located on Brookside Road, between Monagan Hall and the Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Each suite features four bedrooms, two full baths, a living room and dining/kitchen area.
McCaffrey Center Apartments are three bedroom, one-bath units which are located at the center of campus. The furnished three-person apartments are reserved for juniors and seniors. The McCaffrey Center complex is the hub of daily student activity such as the ASUOP student government offices, The Grove campus convenience store, and the Janet Leigh Theater.
Townhouse Apartments, one and two bedroom units, are located on the northwest side of campus at Pershing Avenue and Brookside Road. The complex is divided into three sections, each with its own laundry facilities. A pool is located in the center courtyard of the Townhouses for students to use during the warmer seasons. These apartments house two to three students each.
