Each Pacific resident will be provided opportunities to engage in programming, activities, events, and interactions that address 7 main components that we refer to as the PACIFIC Experience Model. At the heart of our programming model are two basic premises: (1) Student development is multifaceted, dimensional and simultaneous and (2) Development and growth occur over time. Our primary objective is to engage students through programming initiatives and activities in the seven "experiences". Engagement in these areas will serve to foster the development of our students as they go through the stages, transitions and transformations in their lives.
