Healing Through Loss
The process of grieving a significant loss often requires patience, courage, and support. Since each person experiences loss differently, the group will involve individuals at different stages in the grief process. Whether individuals are experiencing sadness, guilt, shock, or other common reactions to a significant loss, the Healing Through Loss group members will aim to accept each distinctive feeling and reaction and help you realize you are not alone in your experiences. Group members will be encouraged to share experiences in a warm and non-judgmental environment.
The group is open to individuals who have had a significant loss and are currently experiencing bereavement.
