Anthem Student Vision Plan for 2012-2013
Anthem's vision plan is a full coverage plan that allows you to recieve exams, glasses and/or contacts on an annual basis. For full benefit details please view the plan brochure. To get the best rates, use in-network providers. To find a vision provider use the Provider Search on Anthem's website. This PDF document details how to fill out the search fields.
We do not offer vision coverage as a stand alone product. It currently is bundled with our student health plan. To get a quote for an individual vision plan you can use the services thorugh our insurance broker, Wells Fargo Insurance Services, or do a search for a plan on your own.
