Freshman Student Orientation...Tiger Tracks!
Freshman Orientation is a mandatory two-day program, with sessions offered in June and August, designed to welcome you and your family to the Pacific community. Pacific Ambassadors, Student Advisors, faculty, and staff will introduce you to life at Pacific and prepare you to make the best academic and social choices for your college career at University of the Pacific.
Registration for Orientation sessions is on a first come, first served basis. Priority for the August session is given to out of state students, so California residents are highly encouraged to attend an Orientation session in June if their college/major is offered.
*Please note: There are no refunds after May 1, 2015. In addition, there is a $25 fee to change Orientation sessions.
2015 Tiger Tracks Dates
- Freshman & Family Session 1 - June 23 & 24 (COP [including Dentistry], Pre-Pharmacy, Education, Engineering and Computer Science)
- Freshman & Family Session 2 - June 26 & 27 (COP [including Dentistry], Business, Pre-Pharmacy, Speech & Language Pathology
- Freshman & Family Session 3 - August 19 & 20 (COP [including Dentistry], Business, Pre-Pharmacy, Education, Engineering and Computer Science, SIS, Conservatory, Dental Hygiene, Speech & Language Pathology)
- Weekend of Welcome (WoW) - August 21-23, All Freshman are required to attend Weekend of Welcome.
Students attending the August Orientation session will move into their on-campus housing on Tuesday, August 18th.
Students attending the June Orientation session will move into their on-campus housing on Thursday, August 20th. *Students attending in June are required to stay in temporary on-campus housing during the Orientation session.*
