To reserve your space, please complete your enrollment confirmation form, and pay your confirmation deposit, housing reservation deposit, and Orientation fee. At this time you will also be asked to choose an Orientation session and MOVE trip. TOP
- Can my parents and/or family attend Orientation?
Yes, we have a specific parent and family Orientation - the cost is $170 per family member attending. For an additional $40 per family member we can include on-campus accommodations (for June sessions only). Return to insidepacific to add your guests to the Orientation. Visit our Family Orientation page for more information and a mail-in registration form. Parents and family must attend the same Orientation session as their student. TOP
- Do I have to stay overnight during Orientation?
Students attending an Orientation session in June are required to stay in on-campus housing during the two-day Orientation session. Students attending the Orientation session in August will move into their fall semester housing prior to Orientation. TOP
- When can I move into my fall semester housing assignment?
Students attending the August Orientation session will move into fall semester housing on August 19th. Students who attended a June Orientation session will move into their fall semester housing on August 22nd. Students should receive a Housing Packet with additional information around mid-July. TOP
- What should I bring to Orientation?
Pacific will provide all linens during June Orientation Sessions (sheets, blanket, pillow and towels), however students can bring their own items if they prefer. Suggested items include, but are not limited to: comfortable clothes and shoes (layers are always a good choice), sweater or light jacket, alarm clock, toiletries, shower shoes, valid driver's license or other photo ID, and student ID number and Pacific log-in information. - What is the MOVE trip?
The Mountains, Ocean, Valley Experience (MOVE) is a unique first year experience designed to welcome all new students to the Pacific Community through participation in experiential learning and service projects in key locations throughout Northern California. - What activities are included in Welcome Week?
Welcome Week begins on August 22nd, with the MOVE kick-off event. The MOVE trips take place on August 23rd and 24th. Activities conclude on August 25th with our traditional freshmen welcome and Convocation. TOP
