What to Bring to Freshman Orientation

We hope you are looking forward to Tiger Tracks, Pacific's New Student Orientation. Please prepare for your orientation experience by packing a few important items. Please remember to bring:

  • Your Pacific ID# (98...)
  • Pacific log-in information (always good to log in before you come to orientation!)
  • Comfortable clothes and walking shoes (layers are always a good choice)
  • Sweater or light jacket
  • Alarm Clock
  • Toiletries
  • Shower shoes
  • A Medical Waiver Form: If you are under the age of 18 at the time of Orientation you must have your parents sign the Medical Waiver to ensure we are able to provide the best service possible. The form may be faxed to the Office of New Student Programs at 209.946.3120 or sent by mail to the address provided on the form. The form must be returned prior to your attendance to ensure your best care during orientation. (This form only needs to be completed if you will not be 18 during your orientation session)

We will provide you with:

  • If you are attending a June Orientation session, Pacific will provide all linens (sheets, blanket and pillow), however students can bring their own items if they prefer
  • A back sack of important campus materials
  • A sustainable water bottle

If you have additional questions, please feel free to contact New Student and Family Programs at 209.946.7619 or email us at orientation@pacific.edu. Students and staff are available to answer your questions or refer you to the proper office to meet your needs.
