Transfer Student Orientation

Transfer Orientation is August 18 & 19, 2014 and is designed to welcome you and your family to the Pacific community. Pacific Ambassadors and Student Advisors will serve as your hosts throughout your Orientation session. During Orientation you will have the opportunity to meet with university administrators and faculty and gain an understanding of life at Pacific. Your Faculty Advisor will also discuss your academic program with you and help you register for your classes. This is a mandatory event that will assist you in making the best academic and social choices for your college career at University of the Pacific.

At Orientation, you will

•  receive academic advising
•  register for classes
•  learn about campus life from current Pacific students
•  meet other transfer students
•  explore ways to get involved in campus activities
•  meet Pacific faculty, staff, and administrators
•  get your questions answered about coming to campus!

Orientation also includes the required course placement assessments, and information about critical campus resources and services. Students also have the option of completing course placement assessments prior to orientation.
