Welcome Week
Welcome to University of the Pacific! We are awaiting your arrival and invite you to kick-off your first year at Pacific with a welcome gathering on Thursday, August 25th at 7 pm at the Klein Family Field (the baseball stadium on campus). Your parents and family are welcome to attend this event with you.
This event begins your first exciting adventure at Pacific. The M.O.V.E. Program (Mountains, Ocean, Valley Experience) is a great opportunity to meet new people, explore the beautiful landscape of California and get connected with your local and surrounding communities. Every first year student will participate in a M.O.V.E. trip as a part of Welcome Week! On Thursday evening you will have the opportunity to meet your trip leader, as well as other students that will be on the same adventure! Friday and Saturday, August 26th and 27th will be exciting days of stewardship, exploration, fun and new friends.
Visit the M.O.V.E. website at www.pacificmove.org to learn about the amazing adventures that are available. Once you decide on a trip that you find the most exciting you will register through insidePacific when you confirm your enrollment. All trips have limited space, so register early!
