Release of Transcripts, Diplomas and Credentials
Your student account balance must be cleared or determined to be in good standing to obtain financial approval for the release of transcripts, diplomas and credentials.
Payments made with guaranteed funds (cash, cashiers' check or money order) allow for immediate financial approval.
Payments made with a personal checking account (paper check or online ACH/ web check) require a 14 day hold to verify that payment has cleared before the document(s) are released. Written proof from your bank that the payment has cleared, will remove the hold. Please contact your bank or financial institution regarding payment verification.
Verification that payment has cleared may be hand-delivered, mailed or faxed to Student Accounts.
