The above PDF document is a sample eBilling statement intended to provide you with additional clarity when reviewing student billing statements. Bills are produced once a month and once the eBilling statement has been produced, it will not change as new charges or credits go on to an account. Charges and credits made after the production of the billing statement will be reflected on the next month's statement and in the "current activity" section of ePay.

Remember that billing is processed on actual enrollment only. If you have not registered for all courses, you may not see all your charges appearing on your bill.

Please note that there may be differences between the "Total Balance" in the summary bar at the top of the page "Statement Balance" located in the summary bar and at the bottom of the eBill.

The "Total Balance" includes "everything" i.e. Memo Item aid and any payments made to the account since the statement was produced.

The "Statement Balance" is a balance of the eBill statement only (i.e. it does not include Memo Item aid).
