Payment Plan Options
The University offers two payment options. The first is payment in full of all charges, less any applicable financial aid, by the semester/ term deadline. The second option is a 4 month payment plan. Payment plans are not available for Summer Sessions. Semester Payment Option
The Semester Payment option requires the payment of the entire amount due, less approved financial aid according to the Tuition Payment Schedule. To calculate your payment, use the appropriate Tuition Calculation Worksheet. Payment in full is required to be financially approved.
| Even if you are partially registered or not registered for classes you still must make your payment by the deadline. This includes payment of all tuition, housing, meal plans, and applicable fees, less approved financial aid (loans, grants and scholarships). |
Monthly Payment Plan Option
Pacific offers a monthly payment option, which consists of four monthly payments, the first of which is due by the payment deadline. The monthly plan requires a 25% down payment in addition to a $75 deferred fee, which is calculated upon enrollment in the plan. Students should use
insidePacific to enroll in the payment plan. Parents and other Authorized Users should use
ePay.
Monthly payment plans become available the month prior to the payment deadline i.e. in July, the monthly payment plan will become available for the August 1 (Fall) payment deadline.
| Accounts which possess a balance from a prior term, greater than $250 are not eligible to enroll in a payment plan. The monthly plan is not available for International Students. |
Payment in full or enrollment in the payment plan, by the payment deadline, is required to avoid cancellation of registration. For payment dates, see the tuition payment schedules.
In addition to tuition and fees, students may accrue additional miscellaneous charges from the bookstore or other campus venues. These charges will increase your account balance and must be paid within 30 days for students not enrolled in a monthly payment plan. If a student is enrolled in the monthly payment plan then these miscellaneous charges will be spread across subsequent monthly payment plan amounts.
University of the Pacific reserves the right to rescind the monthly payment plan privilege for students who fail, or have failed to make payments as agreed.
