Student Loans Department
The Student Loans Department, located on the Stockton campus, administers the Federal Perkins Loan, the Health Professions Student Loan (HPSL) and Institutional Loans for the Stockton campus, 
McGeorge School of Law and Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry.
The Student Loans Department utilizes an outside billing vendor, Educational Computer Systems Incorporated (ECSI), to process billing statements and loan payments.
To access your account online, view your Annual Disclosure Statement, access the Release of Information Authorization form, or make a payment, visit ECSI. You will need the School Code, which is Z4; your 9 digit Pacific Identification Number; your Personal Pin Number. To obtain your Personal Pin Number: Click on "Need Help Logging In?", Bypass inputting the school code and account number, Click on "Retrieve Login Credentials".
Electronic Master Promissory Notes for Perkins and (HPSL) Health Professional Student Loans
If you have been awarded a Perkins and Health Professional Student Loan you may now complete an Electronic Master Promissory Note online. Here are 
Instructions to help you complete the Promissory Note. Please note that your FAFSA PIN is required to complete your Perkins Loan Master Promissory Note. If you do not have your PIN you can request it here.
***NOTE: For Health Professional Student Loans, you will receive an email notification from ECSI containing a PIN number.
