As you can imagine, there are many tasks in preparation for graduation. Here are a few important items for your consideration.
- Cap & Gown, Graduation Announcements, etc.
- Grad Fair
- Graduation Application Information
- Housing Check-out
All SOECS graduates must complete the Script Preparation form found here: Script Preparation. If you have any questions please contact Deanna Thompson at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once graduation is complete, there are still items that may need your attention, or that of the graduate. Items in orange are links to additional information.
When will my diploma arrive?
Diplomas are mailed to the address specified on the Application for Graduation, 3 to 4 months after the semester in which you graduate. If your address changes, it is your responsibility to inform the Office of the Registrar of this change. Returned diplomas will be kept on file five years and then destroyed. There is a fee for a replacement diploma borne by the graduate.
Stay in touch with classmates and alumni.
