Who is eligible:
•· Pacific faculty, Emeriti faculty, and staff
•· Currently enrolled graduate and undergraduate students
•· Alumni & Special Borrowers are NOT eligible
How to Use:
•· Check PACIFICAT & also E-Journals List BEFORE placing request
•· Login using PacificNet ID
•· Do a 1 time set up of user account information
•· Choose Book for loaned material & Article for photocopies.
How long will it take:
•· Loaned Items (books, DVD, etc.)- turn around averages 2 weeks
•· Articles - turn around time averages 1 week
What will it cost:
•· No charge for loaned items
•· $1 charge for graduate and undergraduate students for articles
Rush Requests:
- Loaned items - request to be sent via 1st class mail.
- Articles - will ask lending library to RUSH, average turn-around is 3 days. Electronic Delivery preferred.
Requesting material RUSH does not guarantee it will come via that method.
Where do I pick-up materials:
- Loaned items can be picked up at the Circulation Desk of the Main Library or our Health Sciences Branch Library (depending on preferred pick-up location selected)

How long can I use the item:
•· Articles - yours to keep
•· Loans - loan time varies and is based on lending library. Average is 2 weeks.
Returning Loaned Materials:
- Loaned items can be returned to the Main Library's Circulation Desk, Health Sciences Branch Library Circulation Desk, or Main Library's Book Drop.
- In Library Use materials must be returned to the Circulation Desk.
Renewals:
•· Can be requested through Interlibrary Loan before due date (non-renewable items cannot be renewed)
•· 2nd renewals are possible but must be requested through the ILL Dept.
•· After due date - contact ILL Dept.
