The purpose of the submission form is to identify, as soon as possible, projects that need to be performed. It is not designed for funding requests or as an approval system to proceed with a project. All form fields are required and you will not be able to submit your project until the form has been completed. If you are unable to fill in a field, please enter "None", "Not applicable", or "Need more information", whichever is the most appropriate response. Please be sure to read the EA Standards for Development of Business Processing & Information Standards document. (Link opens pdf document in a new window.) The project submission process is completed in four steps. The first step is general information about the project such as, department requesting the project, proposed timeline, etc. The second step is the purpose of the project, why the project is being requested. The third step is training requirements, will training be needed for functional, technical, and end-users. The third, and final step is identifying the assumptions and risks of the project, this could include political issues, critical success factors. What might stop the project from succeeding and what steps are being taken to prevent these risks happening? You can view the list of the current projects in insidePacific, by adding the "EA - Project List" Channel to your layout. To add the channel click "Content/Layout" link. Click "Add Channel" button. Select "Applications" in the category selection and then click "go". Select "EA - Project List" from the channel list, then click "Add Channel". Click "Finished" button.
