May Campus Wide Clery Act Notice About the Reported Assaults
Issued May 14, 2008:
On Wednesday, May 14, University of the Pacific notified the Stockton Police Department of a reported sexual assault. The reported assault was reported to have occurred at an on-campus student residence on Saturday night, May 10 and to have been committed by specific University students. It was reported to the University late Monday, May 12. As required by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), the University cannot disclose the names of the people involved.
In addition to the Stockton Police investigation, the University Office of Judicial Affairs may convene proceedings.
