    International diplomat to join SIS faculty for fall 2014

    Arsene M. Balihuta, formerly Ugandan ambassador to Switzerland and the World Trade Organization and a current senior advisor to the president of Uganda, will teach a seminar on trade, diplomacy and international negotiations and will be a featured speaker at events during the fall term. more
