Designing and implementing an Invitational Institute is a vital and challenging process. There is a dynamic interaction of ideas and creative energy that is unlike almost anything else that the arts project does. In order to provide a taste of what this is all about, the institute team has decided to make this a "living" process through documentation on the VSCAP web site. There will be periodic updates on the planning sequence, the institute itself, and the follow-ups. Digital photographs will be posted with short summaries about that portion of the process.
