GA Graduate Class 2013The Master of Arts in Educational Administration and Leadership with a specialization in Student Affairs prepares students for leadership careers in all areas of higher education student affairs.

A diversified fieldwork program provides practical application for concepts learned in the classroom in a variety of student life and related departments at Pacific and surrounding colleges and universities. Our graduates report more rapid career advancement as a result of the experience and skills gained in the program.

Available Graduate Positions

Each year, the Division of Student Life provides Graduate Position opportunities for students enrolled in the M.A. in Educational Administration and Leadership with Student Affairs Emphasis. At this time we are collecting general interest applications for individuals interested in Graduate Positions that might be available through the Division of Student Life.  As Graduate Position opportunities are made available we will notify all individuals who have applied to fill out a supplemental application form noting which opportunities they are interested in seeking. 

NOTE: As the academic year progresses, there may be additional opportunities that become available. If you apply before a specific position is made available, we will contact you to inform you of the additional opportunity.

Required Documents

To fully apply for a Graduate Position opportunities, please ensure you have the following:

  • Completed the General Graduate Position Application - this informs the search committee of your interest in seeking a Graduate Position within Student Life.
  • Submit your resume and three references via email to
  • Apply for the program through Graduate Studies. (please note - application for the graduate program and for graduate positions in student life are separate processes)


January 16: Priority Application Deadline*

Late January: Applicant Screening (Phone interviews if necessary)

Early February: On-campus interview offers sent via email

March 1: Applications to the graduate program due from all candidates (must be accepted to graduate program to be offered a position after on-campus interview days)

March 2-4: On-Campus Interviews (Must be able to arrive by 5pm no March 2.  Interviews will take place through 5pm on March 3)

Week of March 13: Grad position offers will be extended

* Applications will be accepted and will be reviewed until all positions are filled.

NOTE: This process is for the Graduate Positions only. You must still complete the process of applying for the Student Affairs program.
