The Value of an MBA

“I knew that the MBA program would be a lot of work, but I did not realize how much I would actually learn in such a short amount of time.”
- Thomas Berolzheimer

It's no secret that MBAs get more challenging assignments, are more likely to be promoted, and make, on average, $750,000 more in lifetime earnings. But what is it that makes getting an Eberhardt MBA an obvious choice? To start, we understand that your time is valuable. As they say, time is money. With that in mind, we have created a full-time program that you can complete in just 16 months. Whether or not you have a business degree, you can apply the Eberhardt MBA to get ahead in any industry that interests you. If you start here, you can lead anywhere.

Our cohort-style classes are designed to make sure that no question goes unanswered and no good job goes unnoticed. The Eberhardt School's professors won't be the only ones taking notice - our strong network of alumni have a presence on campus year-round. They stay involved and recruit heavily from the Eberhardt School, because they know our MBAs are well prepared, able to work in teams, can articulate and communicate their views, and make great employees.

Eberhardt alumni work for some of the most admired organizations in the world. Need examples? While there's no room to list them all here, you can look to our Career Management page to see a partial list of our employers. There, you'll also discover the benefits of having a team of dedicated, industry-experienced career management experts to help you start or redefine your career.

Throughout the Eberhardt MBA program, you will develop the knowledge and skills you need to enhance your upward mobility and increase your earning potential. You will be able think globally, manage change, make decisions, and, most importantly, take charge of your only 16 months.
