Cheri Kramer

Tax Manager, Cisco

Responsible for Mergers & Acquisitions tax structuring & due diligence, US International Tax analysis and sturcutring for internal reorganizations and business decisions. Previously served as a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Tax team at Cisco Systems, Inc.  Cheri is a licensed attorney in California and graduated from Santa Clara School of Law in 2012, where she was Development Editor of the International Law Journal.  Cheri also worked as research assistant to the director of the Center for Global Law and Policy and interned at UNESCO's Cultural Heritage Sector in Paris in 2011.  In addition, Cheri was a summer intern at Nisith Desai Associates in Bangalore in 2010.  Prior to law school, she held various positions at Cultural Survival, a non-profit group that advocates for indigenous human rights throughout the world, including field work in Guatemala and Panama. She completed a bachelor of arts degree in International Relations and Global Studies in 2007.
