Programs and Services Office (IPS).

United
States Visa for Students
All international students who study in the
United States are required to be in appropriate immigration status. If you are accepted
to University of the Pacific,
the Office of Admission will provide you with the most appropriate
information regarding your immigration status. You must prove
that you have adequate financial resources to pay for your US education
and
living expenses through a Certification of Finances.
English Language
Proficiency
Applicants who are not native speakers
of English, regardless of citizenship, will be expected to provide
evidence of proficiency
in the English language.
This can be demonstrated through the academic record itself, or by means
of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), or the English
Language
Proficiency
Test (ELPT).
