Upper Division, Graduate and Professional Housing Options

Upper Division Housing includes residents on campus that are academic standing of: junior, senior, post-bacculurate, graduate, or Professional student. There are some commonalities throughout the Upper Division Communities, please see them below.

All Upper Division apartments are furnished with the following:

Bedroom Common Areas Private Restroom
Twin XL bed (adjustable height)
Desk with drawers
Desk Chair
Fridgerator/Freezer (3/4 size)
Oven and Stove
Kitchen Table with Chairs or
   Kitchen counter with seating and stools
Coffee Table/TV stand
Sofa seating

*Common Area seating is based on number of residents per apartment unit.

As part of your Housing rate, you are provided credits to do laundry on-campus. The Community Laundry Rooms can be found on the main floor of each building.

Meal Plan
The Second Year community is required to have a minimum of Bronze Meal Plan.  Students are able to increase to the Copper, Silver, Gold, or Platinum Meal Plan.

Community Options
The options for Upper Division students are Monagan Hall, Chan Family Hall, and University Townhouse Apartments. Below you will find our more information about these communities.

Monagan Hall
Monagan Hall are four-bedroom, two-bathroom units which are located on Brookside Road, between Cowell Wellness and Chan Family Hall. The furnished four-person, four-bedroom apartments are reserved for students with junior and senior standing. Take a virtual tour of Monagan Hall:

Chan Family Hall
Chan Family Hall are four-bedroom, two-bathroom units which are located on Brookside Road, between Monagan Hall and the Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. The furnished four-person, four-bedroom apartments are reserved for upper division student. We prioritize this housing for School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences students and other graduate-level students. Chan Family Hall has the same building and apartment layout as Monagan Hall.

University Townhouse Apartments
Townhouse Apartments are two-story units which are located on the corner of Pershing Avenue and Brookside Road and near the New Residence Hall.  The first floor has the kitchen, dining, and living room with the second floor having the sleeping areas and bathroom. There are two apartment options: (1) two-bedroom, three-students and (2) one-bedroom, two-students.  Student are assigned to the specific apartment, not the specific bed space. Assigned students determines roommate group.  The Townhouse Apartments is separated into three sections (or blocks), each having their own community laundry room.  The Apartment complex includes a community room, sand volleyball court, and pool.
