Request an Ambassador

The Tiger Tracks Ambassadors promote leadership and student involvement. We serve as official student representatives of the University and play an important role in communicating with prospective and new students, campus guests, and alumni.

Requesting Ambassadors
As official student representatives of the University, Tiger Tracks Ambassadors can help out in a variety of ways. To request an Ambassador please download our fillable request form for your event. The request form should be turned in via email, or to the Office of New Student and Family Programs on the 2nd floor of Burns Tower preferably 7 days prior to your event, but no later than 3 days before. However, if the form is submitted less than 7 days in advance, there is an additional fee associated with hiring the Ambassadors.  

Request an Ambassador for Special Events
As the representatives of the University, Ambassadors can help welcome special guests and help host University events both on and off campus. There are various fees associated with hiring an Ambassador, and all of the details for hiring Ambassadors for Special Events are outlined in the Events Request Form.
