Catch a sneak peak of Chris' discussion HERE. At a young age, CHRIS BLACKBURN's internal struggles with weight, body image and obesity spiraled out of control. Entering college at close to 300 pounds, Chris found solace in food. Something had to change, and if this sounds familiar to you, Chris has a message for you. He's not a nutritionist or a personal trainer, but he is like millions of young people struggling with weight and food issues. His keynote teaches you to be accepting of others, to be bold in setting goals, to be demanding with regard to quality of life and to be conscious of how your community affects your choices. |
