Reunion Giving 2008 - 3's and 8's

In fiscal year 2008, gifts made to the Pacific Fund by alumni who graduated in years ending in three (3) or eight (8) count towards the reunion year class gift. The ten reunion classes compete for which class can achieve the highest participation in giving and the highest dollar amount of total gifts.

The Reunion Class Gift Presentation was held at The President's Breakfast on Pacific Alumni Weekend on Saturday, June 21, 2008 in Grace Covell Hall at 9:00am.

Reunion Class Gift Committee

Class Gift Committee Members work with the Pacific Fund Office to encourage their classmates to support the reunion class gift. The program has been growing in both participation and in dollars raised since its inception in 2000.

Responsibilities for committee members include:

• Become knowledgeable about the importance of the Pacific Fund.
• Make your own commitment before calling on your classmates.
• Initiate peer-to-peer contact with as many classmates as possible.
• Help achieve the goals for the reunion class gift competition.
• Communicate with the Pacific Fund Office and fellow volunteers throughout your term.
• Join us for the Class Gift Presentation to President DeRosa during Pacific Alumni Weekend.

Class Gift Competition

All classes compete for the following awards:
Founders' Bowl: Highest percentage of class participation in the Pacific Fund
Regents' Cup: Highest dollars raised for the Pacific Fund
President's Award: Highest percentage of multi-year pledges to the Pacific Fund
Pacific Alumni Association Plate: Highest percentage of classmates to attend PAW
