Tuition and Financial Aid for Graduate School

Our tuition and fees reflect the general costs of a limited residency graduate program and are comparable to other external programs. We can also help you with finding sources of financial aid for graduate school.

Tuition is $580 per semester unit. At this rate, the program costs would be as follows: Tuition per semester: $4,640; Tuition per year: $9,280; and Tuition for the total program: $23,200.

The total tuition would be less if you use transfer courses (completed
before or after admission) for up to six units of your electives. 

Fees for the program include: Application fee: $50; Continuing Registration (CR) fee: $50 per semester; and Thesis fee: $100. Residency costs will vary with the location of the session. The following information represents average costs. On-site residency: $1,200 to $1,375. Summer residencies include room, board, and materials. Winter residences include room, partial board, and materials. Off-site residency: $400 to $450.

Books for each series of classes will be available for purchase at the beginning of each residency. Average cost of books per class: $150.

Financial Aid for Graduate Program
