<Copy type="dhtml" hidden="false" label="Copy" readonly="false" required="true">General Mills, Lodi, CA - "The work that I did at General Mills was a fantastic experience. On my first day I was already working on projects. General Mills likes to involve their new employees as soon as they get to the plant and have them learn by doing. A lot of my projects were mainly upgrades throughout the plant, but I was also involved in a little bit of design as well. I have replaced obsolete equipment, improved flooring, and added equipment to areas in need. A lot of what I did was being the person who found the right people to perform the work that needs to be done for the projects. I was the person who organized the flow of each project and figured out the most efficient ways to get each project done. The best thing about the projects is there was never too much repetition in the work. Every project did have the same steps that needed to be taken such as budget planning, work orders, or close-out process, but each step was unique to every project. I enjoyed the fact that I did something different every day." - Kenneth Danielson, Engineering Management student.</Copy>
