1959 - The experimental album “Time Out” included all original tunes that explored unusual time signatures. “Take Five” became the best-selling jazz single of all time. In 2005 the album was entered into the Library of Congress National Recording Registry and was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame in 2009.
