How do I get a tutor assigned? <p>You will need to fill out a <img src="Images/11_02_2007.pdf" />Tutor Request Form. (New Forms will be added to this site in August 2013). &nbsp;We will also have forms available on our front porch at 265 W. Knoles Way. &nbsp;</p> <p>This is not an application - we accept anyone who needs tutoring. &nbsp;While there may be challenges based on subject matter or availability, all are welcome to recieve tutoring. &nbsp;</p> <p>Please bring the completed form to the Center for Community Involvement.&nbsp; You may drop it in the mail slot if you need to come after hours. &nbsp; If your student is currently enrolled in school, please attach a copy of the most recent report card or progress report &nbsp;for the subject you are requesting tutoring for. &nbsp;Your form will be reviewed, and you will be matched with a college student who is qualified to tutor the subjects you are seeking help with.&nbsp; This process can take 10-14 business days, and you will receive a telephone call from the CCI as soon as you are matched.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br /><br /></p>
