Password Management

Locksmith is our password management system. It allows students, faculty and staff to set up security questions that permit them to change, reset and retrieve their PacificNet password without needing to remember what password is/was, and without needing to contact Pacific Technology.  Locksmith also allows users to unlock their accounts in case they have made too many incorrect login attempts and have been "locked out."
