Facilities Division

The Facilities Division includes the following Departments and Programs:

Physical Plant
Physical Plant shops & services include custodial, event set-up, lock shop, alarm shop, structures, grounds, paint, plumbing, electric, heating and air conditioning, mail services & central receiving.

Construction Management Office
Oversees and manages: construction plan assessment including schedule and budget review; contractor interest and contract administration; agency requirements and coordination; construction administration and daily operations; project close-out and commissioning. Coordinates with the office of Real Estate Management, Physical Planning and Space Management to complete projects across all university campuses. 

Real Estate Management, Physical Planning & Space Management
Physical Planning oversees the layout and organization of the University's physical infrastructure and oversees the development and implementation of the University's Facilities Master Plan as well as accompanying documents. Space Management monitors and manages space utilization and allocation. 

Sustainability
Coordinates University efforts to integrate sustainability into campus operations, daily practices, and learning. 

Pacific Garden Program
Oversees interactive garden spaces on Pacific's campuses, in particular the Ted & Chris Robb Garden and the Bon Appétit Native Garden on the Stockton campus, and the Community Garden on the Sacramento campus. The purpose of the program is to encourage and facilitate student use of the gardens for experiential learning, and to make these gardens and their produce available to faculty, staff and the wider community.
