Diversity Leadership Team - Seeking Feedback; Open Forums

In support of the University's commitment to diversity and inclusive excellence, the Diversity Leadership Team (DLT) is soliciting feedback from the university community on three proposed items: 1) a definition of diversity for Pacific, 2) a definition of inclusive excellence for Pacific, and 3) a position statement on diversity and inclusive excellence for Pacific.  To provide feedback, please go to the team's SharePoint site, where you can read the proposed definitions and position statement and provide feedback. Please provide your feedback before October 26 to be included in the University-wide conversations.

On October 29, the DLT will begin a series of open forum conversations for faculty, staff and students. The objective of these forums is to report on the work of the DLT so far, respond to comments regarding the three proposed diversity-related definitions, and to begin the work of prioritizing the recommendations of the 2012 Diversity Task Force Report.  

The forum schedule is as follows:
October 29      1:00 - 3:00 p.m.       (SF; Room 437)
November 2    4:00 - 6:00 p.m.        (SAC; Classroom H)
November 3    3:00 - 5:00 p.m.        (STK; DUC Ballroom A)
November 6    9:00 - 11:00 a.m.      (STK; DUC Ballroom A)
