Pacific Technology extends Helpdesk support

Pacific Technology is pleased to remind students, faculty and staff on the Sacramento and Stockton campuses about new after-hours Helpdesk support available via a third-party service provider. This service will be available to the San Francisco Campus in the future. 

Agents are now available to take calls weekdays before 9 a.m. PDT and after 4 p.m. PDT, and throughout the weekend on a 24-hour basis. Customers will call their normal Helpdesk phone numbers, which will direct them to a brief greeting instructing them to select option 1 to be routed to the after-hours call center to speak to a live agent.

The agents taking the calls will either resolve your issue or create a ticket and route/escalate it accordingly for follow-up by your local Helpdesk team.
