Career Management Center

The Eberhardt School of Business ensures the career success of our graduates by embedding the Career Management Center within the school. One of our key functions is facilitating connections between students and employers. We also provide critical career services tailored to the needs of students in a professional school.

To support successful early career launch for every student, the CMC Director delivers the required curriculum and programming to prepare students for internship experiences and the professional world. The CMC provides one-one coaching to students. Our services are extended to alumni to help them advance their professional careers.

MISSION

The mission of the Eberhardt Career Management Center is to:

• Provide superior career guidance that enables students to identify and realize their business career interests
• Teach and develop the necessary skills to navigate the internship and job search successfully
• Cultivate and develop long-lasting relationships with employers who offer internship and full-time opportunities in a diverse range of industries and business disciplines
